Shoulder MRI Capsulitis

Capsulitis of the shoulder is seen on MRI as thickening and hyperintensity of the inferior glenohumeral ligament. This is a 1 minute review of its appearance.

Note also Anterior capsule is thicker than posterior which is often the case.
